In many cases, you may want project consulting services in addition to help with general materials selection. Consulting services include, but are not limited to, site visits, whole project consulting (may include referrals/visits to other materials suppliers), budget consulting, and even project management. Generally, an initial consultation in the showroom regarding your needs is free. When we agree on services to be provided, we bill for hours worked on a project, like an accountant or a lawyer does. Consulting rates are reasonable at $25/hr and we look forward to discussing your needs with you.
Placing an order
If you know what you want, you can purchase products online using PayPal’s secure server and a credit card. We are also available by phone, email, or in-person at our showroom to work with you to make sure you are choosing appropriate materials for your application. When you are sure of the material choice, we provide you with an order confirmation sheet outlining costs, deposit, and estimated arrival date. Your deposit is non-refundable, however any defective materials will be replaced, and we will inform you of any changes in delivery time. Orders cannot be cancelled after your order confirmation is signed or your PayPal transaction is processed. Material Good will provide you or your contractor with installation specifications for the materials you purchase.
